WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO WALK OR BIKE WHEN POSSIBLE.

PARKING IS FREE EVERY SATURDAY & SUNDAY, BEFORE 9 AND AFTER 5PM. WE’RE JUST AROUND THE CORNER FROM THE DOWNTOWN PARKING GARAGE. PLEASE GIVE YOURSELF PLENTY OF TIME TO FIND PARKING AND GET SETTLED IN THE STUDIO.

Plan to arrive 10 minutes before class. Give yourself time to check in, arrive, ground, and settle into the space. Classes begin and end on time. Late entry will not be permitted once a class has begun (door will be locked)

You Belong Here. Inclusivity and connection are the foundation for all our Rituals. Make yourself comfortable, greet your friends at the door, and don't hesitate to ask for what you need. You are exactly where you are supposed to be.

Keep the studio sacred. In an effort to respect each other, time, and space, please leave your belongings, shoes, and cellphones outside the studio space. Please enjoy fun and playful conversations in the back lounge or reception area to respect everyone's practice.

You must cancel your class 2 hours prior to your scheduled class start. If you do not cancel before the 2-hour window, your account will be deducted a class from your profile as if you had attended.

If you have a yoga mat, bring it. If not, we sell Manduka mats at the studio, and have some for rent for $3.

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. We have all the yoga props you may need. You can leave your cell phones and devices off the mat and away from the studio space, either tucked in our cubbies in the lounge, or better yet, in your car! This is time for you.
