Set your intention for the day ahead. This 60 minute vinyasa class will get your day off to a great start to physically invigorate you, mentally ground you, and connect you to yourself and your community.

Our peak intensity class to get your energy up, and your heart pumping. Our Vinyasa II is accessible for all levels, but we will offer more opportunities for advanced sequences with an emphasis on alignment, building strength, and igniting your power.

Vinyasa is rooted in the traditional philosophy of yoga, incorporating not just the physical postures but also mindfulness, breath control, and meditation. These All Levels flow classes are vinyasa based with an opportunity to explore creative dynamic transitions to strengthen and stretch your mind and body.

This Yin ritual will slowly and safely take you to a deep stretch and release through long holds, the support of props, and an environment of mental and physical awareness. Practitioners can expect mindful and meditative sound with 2 to 6 minute posture holds to support you on a physical and energetic level.

Our Kundalini yoga is a practice centered around chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repetitive poses that are accessible to all. In this class, expect to cultivate and activate your Kundalini energy - a spiritual energy at the base of your spine. The method is specific, profound, efficient, effective and influences the glandular and nervous systems. This class is great for those looking to deepen their meditative and spiritual practices.

This gentle yoga class is both for expecting mothers, as well as anyone looking for a more gentle grounded yoga class. All levels are welcome in this slow gentle yoga class, designed to bring greater connection to your body and breath through guided practice and movement.

This class explores movement and flow designed to create space and ease to feel the rhythm of your breath as you move through slow, mindful sequences, allowing your body to soften and release. Class finishes with deeply supported restorative poses, inviting a profound sense of calm and rejuvenation. TRANCEFORMATIONAL BREATHWORK

This three hour guided journey is an exciting, transformational exploration of the subconscious mind. Through the use of the conscious connected breathing pattern while listening to loud, evocative music, it is possible to attain non-ordinary states of being that offer new insights into hidden elements of our psyche.

As you breathe in the conscious connected breathing pattern while listening to evocative and powerful music, you will enter the realm of your subconscious mind. Here you will heal, release, explore, express, and feel your emotions fully. These sessions open up non-ordinary states of consciousness that expand the soul, re-process and re-integrate our understanding and perception of who we are in the world we inhabit, and heal the body. We work in a group, which amplifies the energy and dynamic of the whole, while inviting a deep personal unfolding.

All breathwork experiences begin with an intention setting and creating a safe, sacred container. our breathwork facilitators are there to answer questions and support you throughout the entire process. the breathing pattern usually lasts 60-75 minutes. we save plenty of time for journaling and integration before closing the session.

We recommend bringing a bottle of water, a journal, an eye mask if you have one, as well as any cozy blankets or padding you’d like in addition to the mats, blankets and bolsters we offer at the studio.

You are in control of your breath, how fast, how deep, and how intense, so the experience of mystery is influenced by your choices. As you are willing to expand, breathe faster and deeper. If the experience is overwhelming, slow the breath down. If it is dreamy, blissful, or spacious, let it take hold of and guide you. You have control–the breath is an invitation to move deeper into your subconscious realms.
